Slow Flow-Tuesdays at 2pm
Come to the Library for a fresh yoga experience!  Rhonda Waterhouse of Daisy Yoga Studio presents Slow Flow Yoga.  Participants must be able to move from floor sitting position to standing.  

Therapeutic-Thursdays at 2pm
Suitable for new students/beginners through advanced practitioners. Therapeutic yoga class is a carefully designed combination of gentle yoga, mindfulness, restorative yoga poses, and breath work. This class promotes healing and enhances stress resilience.  These elements are integrated into a class that is suitable for people who are beginning to study yoga, recovering from an injury or surgery, healing from anxiety or depression, working with a sustained spinal dysfunction, or anyone who feels they are just too tight to stretch.  Poses are modified as needed to fit individual needs and abilities.

Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. Under certain medical conditions, yoga is not recommended and is not safe. By accepting, I affirm that a licensed physician has verified my good health and physical condition to participate in such a fitness program.
