• to release and hold harmless the City of Kings Mountain and Cleveland County their elected officials, officers, employees, staff and volunteers from any and all claims  resulting from my illness, injury or death arising in any way from such activity,

• to accept personal responsibility for avoiding any allergens.

I hereby grant Mauney Memorial Library the right to use any photographs or audio/video recordings taken of me, or quotes made by me in order to promote programs and services.
