Come to the Library for a fresh yoga experience!  Rhonda Waterhouse of Daisy Yoga Studio presents Slow Flow Yoga.  Participants must be able to move from floor sitting position to standing.

One-time registration required in acknowledgment of posted disclaimer:

Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. Under certain medical conditions, yoga is not recommended and is not safe. By accepting, I affirm that a licensed physician has verified my good health and physical condition to participate in such a fitness program. In addition, I will make the instructor aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations before class. If I am pregnant, become pregnant, or I am post-natal or post-surgical, I verify that I have my physician's approval to participate. I understand that Daisy Yoga Studio and affiliates, any of its partner agencies including the Mauney Memorial Library, the City of Kings Mountain NC, or any other entities are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may occur during the class. I agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or may have hereafter as a result of my participation in this class. I hereby consent that my participation and attendance is voluntary and that I knowingly assume all risks.
